Team Lessard - Mozzarella Stuffed Pork Meatballs

Ingredients:
Equal amounts of ground pork and ground pork breakfast sausage (sold at Wassi's).
Southern Links BBQ Burger and Sausage Seasoning (sold at Wassi's)
Southern Links BBQ Mustard Sauce (sold at Wassi's)
Onion powder
Minced Garlic
Egg
Parmesaen Cheese - grated
Milk
Salt 
Pepper
Bread crumbs - seasoned
Mix above ingredients and use bread crumbs to achieve desired consistency (does it roll into Meatball?)
Cut mozzeralla cheese into small chunks (1/2 inch by 1/2 inch or smaller)
 
How to cook:
Roll pork meatballs stuffed with mozzarella cheese. Season to taste by making a tiny meatball and cooking it in the microwave since we don't measure alot of ingredients. Don't eat raw pork!
Cook at 250 degrees or below on your BGE with indirect heat (platesetter) for 1 hour or until internal temperature reahes 160 degrees.
Serve with Southern Links BBQ Mustard Sauce, ENJOY.
