Team Lessard - Shredded Beef

Chuck Roast (boneless)
Fresh Mushrooms
Onion (sweet or yellow)
Minced Garlic
Worcestershire Sauce
How to cook:
Rub all sides of chuck roast with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
Add mushrooms (sliced) and onions (cut as you like).
Pour water in pan to cover bottom.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and minced garlic on veggies.
Add a little worcestershire sauce.
Slow cook (250 degrees or below) on BGE with indirect heat (platesetter) until roast falls apart. Remove chunks of fat and shred chuck roast.
Season to taste since we didn't measure ingredients at the beginning.
